Want to get in touch?
Whether you’re a cardholder, retailer or business, we have
various teams working across Visa Europe and more than 4,000
members who can help you. We’ve included their contact details,
where relevant, in the information below.
Questions about your Visa card
Visa does not actually issue cards or set the terms and
conditions – this is done by our members. If you have a question or
complaint about your Visa card account, you’ll need to contact your
card issuer. Read our Cardholders section
of visaeurope.com for more on this.
Lost your Visa card?
If you’ve lost your Visa card, call Visa or your bank. You’ll
find a list of assistance telephone numbers on
visaeurope.com.
Retailers and businesses
If you already accept Visa cards, please contact the payment
service provider with any questions. They’re also the ones to talk
to if you want to start accepting Visa cards. A good way
to begin is by asking your own bank for help. For more advice and
information on this go to our Businesses and retailers section on
visaeurope.com.
Journalist enquiries
If you are a journalist, please contact Edelman on
353-1-6789333.
Fraudulent emails
If you receive an e-mail claiming to come from your bank, or
anyone else, asking for your personal information, do
not provide these details. This e-mail could be
fraudulent. Contact your card issuer to find out whether or not the
e-mail was from them. They’ll then advise you what to do next.
Please be aware that Visa Europe never contacts
cardholders directly, by phone or e-mail, requesting personal
information relating to your Visa card. You can find out more about
this on
visaeurope.com.

Corporate responsibility
At Visa Europe we see corporate responsibility as the
guiding philosophy behind who we are and everything we do – not as
something separate from our day-to-day business.
